We are very pleased to announce this exciting opportunity for Congress attendees who wish to experience the wonders of Mexico and explore the amazing Teotihuacán archaeological site. A tour, hosted by a guide, is being organized for the Wednesday before the Congress begins (29 August). Transportation to the site will be arranged. Anyone who is interested in joining this outing should please contact Paula Barkay at firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of Wednesday 25 July to secure one of the few remaining places. Please click here for more images of this extraordinary archeological World Heritage site.
The excursion party will leave the Radisson around 10am. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking quite a lot; a hat and an umbrella might be wise additions to bring too! There will be bottles of water and sandwiches on the bus, so do let us know if you have any dietary requirements. After leaving the archaeological site (around 4:30-5:00 pm), there will be a stop at the amazing ‘La Gruta’ (‘The Grotto’) restaurant, as you can see from the picture below. You will be able to eat something there or simply have drink (and will be charged accordingly by the restaurant). It will be a memorable day! Information regarding the cost of this trip will be posted soon.
