Depending on the extent to which one experiences trauma, somewhat akin to a cataract, trauma can tint the way one experiences their world at both endogenously, intrinsic levels as well as exogenous, exteroceptive levels, which coalesce to form a cohesive picture of extensive entropic paths that trauma may take.
The INPSA would like to invite you to form part of an international collective team to unpack the ‘many faces of trauma’ from a Neuropsychoanalytic understanding. It is envisaged that in a global age with unprecedented levels of uncertainty, that an international team will be able to delve into trauma with a more nuanced, holistic consideration of what trauma constitutes in its various forms and complexity, by bridging the findings of empirical, objective neuroscientific methods with depth understanding(s) of its subjective, psychodynamic underpinnings.
All members of this Neuropsychoanalytic group are invited to a Zoom meeting Launch of the International Neuropsychoanalytic Trauma Team (TINT) to be held on the 16th of August at a time that is suitable to all those who are interested in being part of our team.
A Zoom link will be sent out, closer to the time of the meeting, to all those who complete their registration details by clicking on the link below:
