Presenter:
John Dall’Aglio
18:00-20:15 (Stockholm Time)
We, at the Swedish Society for Neuropsychoanalysis, are pleased to invite you to an open lecture by John Dall’Aglio, who will explore the integration of Lacanian psychoanalysis with modern neuroscience. His work focuses on how Jacques Lacan’s metapsychology—the Imaginary, the Symbolic, and the Real—can be integrated with Mark Solms’ neuropsychoanalytic framework and Jaak Panksepp’s theory of primary emotional systems. John will present his latest ideas regarding how these emotional systems are structured like a language, and how emotions, language, and neurobiological processes jointly shape subjective experience and consciousness.
Registration: The lecture is free, but please register by emailing kontakt@neuropsykoanalys.se to confirm your attendance. Once registered, you will receive the Zoom link the day before the lecture. (Early registration is recommended!)
