PAPS (PsychoAnalyticPsychoSomatic) Group

Description:

MOTTO: BODY AND MIND IN AN INTEGRATIVE PERSPECTIVE

This group, located in Göteborg, was initiated by Professor Irene Matthis Stockholm, who has held seminars with the group once or twice a year. We started by studying the theories of Professor Luis Chiozza from Buenos Aires. He claims that body and mind have the same origin and that when an affect is too difficult to express via its innervation key, it is expressed in the body via a “deformed” innervation key.  We have also studied original NPSA articles such as Mark Solms’ “The Conscious Id.”
